During a one week assignment with Hothead Studios in Atlanta, I was asked to come up with sample-kit design ideas for a new paper product made by Georgia Pacific. The product was made from Flax fibers, extremely strong, absorbent, sustainable, and packaged for two different target markets: industrial and food service. I came up with a catchy headline for the industrial sample kits and created bold, masculine graphics to illustrate all the powerful selling features of flax cloth, with emphasis on strength and performance. I made the food service sample kits clean, white, minimal and more sensory with die cuts on the front of the folder so that you can immediately see and touch the cloths. The inside included emphasis on selling points of sanitation, economy, and sustainability.
