I was Ippolita’s Marketing Art Director and Print Production manager for 4 years, elevating a small brand that was 40 employees when I started and grew to over 200 corporate employees within 2 years. I worked with in-house photographers on seasonal beauty shots and led the design team through every branding initiative and project request, from packaging to seasonal campaign initiatives across all marketing touchpoints (web and magazine ads, sales support, PR and department store events, catalogs, etc.) to website rebranding.
